We are a Brand Creation and Growth Studio based in Coimbatore.

We build brands — for our clients and for ourselves. Our in-house portfolio spans personal brand content, kids and family products, a HoReCa brand, and creative studio services.

- We create content across YouTube, Instagram, and digital platforms — and we need one person who can shoot, edit, and deliver that content at a consistently high standard across all four brand categories.

The Role

Brand Content Creator (Junior)— hands-on, in-person

This is not a social media management role. This is a creation role — camera, lighting, editing, motion graphics, AI-assisted tools, and delivering polished finished content to brief. On time. Every time.

What You Must Have

▸ Freshers & Interns, who completes our test mentioned below, can also be eligible for this role

▸ Maximum 2 years of real content creation experience — agency, production studio, or freelance

▸Mush have knowledge of Real Camera handling with Photography, Videography with Lighting skills

▸ Must have worked with at least one established brand for 6 months or more — onsite or ongoing retainer

▸ Portfolio and demo reel must show real brand or client work — not just personal projects

▸ Proficiency in video editing — CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

▸ Photography — product flat lays, lifestyle, food, close-up detail

▸ Colour grading — consistent, warm, brand-ready finish

▸ Motion graphics — text animations, transitions, overlay design

▸ Actively using AI-assisted editing tools in your current workflow

▸ Genuine understanding of what performs on Instagram and YouTube — and why

What You Will Do

▸ Shoot, edit, and deliver content across four brand categories

▸ Own a monthly content calendar — from brief to published

▸ Colour grade all content to a consistent visual standard





▸ Create thumbnails, social graphics, and motion-enhanced reels

▸ Shoot on location — product, food, lifestyle, and events

▸ Use AI tools to produce faster without losing quality

Contract Structure

3-month probation period.

If you are the right fit — your contract extends to 1 year.

How to Apply

Do not send a CV first.

Step 1 — Send your latest demo reel. It must show: shooting talent, photography, videography, editing, and motion graphics — all in under 90 seconds. Real brand or client work must be visible.

Step 2 — Shoot a 30-60 seconds video explaining about why you think you fit for this job and edit it and submit them with your reel in a email.

Step 3 — Shortlisted candidates will be called in for an in-person test at our Coimbatore studio.
