With our footprint in Jaipur, we are looking for a Photographer and Videographer who can shoot both stills and motion at a standard the brand deserves, and who treats the camera as a tool for storytelling, not just capture.

The Role

You are the person behind the lens across everything we shoot. You take a shot list, a mood board, and an art director's brief and you deliver frames that are sharp, well-lit, and on-concept, in both stills and video.

You work hand in hand with the art director on set, but the technical execution is yours: exposure, focus, lens choice, movement, and light.

This is a role for someone who can shoot a plated dish in the morning, a hotel suite at golden hour, a founder portrait after lunch, and a Reel by evening, without dropping quality on any of them.

What You'll Own

- Photography and videography across a portfolio of client brands and categories
- On-set execution of the art director's vision: composition, framing, angle, and movement
- Lighting: reading a space, building a setup, and shaping natural or artificial light to match the frame
- Camera and lens judgment: choosing the right body, glass, and settings for the subject and the surface
- Stills across hospitality interiors and ambience, F&B; and product, portraits and personal branding, fashion, and jewellery
- Motion across Reels, Shorts, brand films,



interviews, event coverage, and b-roll
- Stabilisation and movement: gimbal, slider, handheld, and knowing which the shot wants
- On-set data management: card offloads, backups, and clean handoff of organised footage and selects to the edit
- Basic first-pass culling and colour reference so the edit and grade start from the right place
- Gear ownership: maintaining kit, flagging what we need, and running a shoot day that stays on schedule
- Coordination with the art director before the shoot on coverage, and with the video and design teams after on what the edit needs

What We're Looking For

- 3 to 5 years of professional shooting experience across both stills and video, ideally at an agency, studio, or production house
- Command of your camera system: full manual control, exposure, focus, and lens selection are second nature
- Real lighting ability: you can light a scene with strobes, continuous, or available light and know why you chose each
- A trained eye for composition, and the discipline to execute someone else's frame as well as your own
- Cross-category range across hospitality, F&B; and product, portraits and personal branding, fashion, and jewellery, with respect for what each demands: jewellery macro and reflection control, food freshness, interior space, portrait flattery
- Video fundamentals: frame rate,



shutter, picture profiles, audio capture, and clean stable movement
- Comfort on a gimbal and with basic rigging, and the judgment to keep a shoot on time
- A portfolio showing both stills and motion, with visible craft across more than one category
- On-set professionalism: you take direction, solve problems fast, and keep a set calm and moving

Bonus Points If You

- Have shot for luxury hospitality, fashion, or fine jewellery brands
- Edit as well as shoot, even at a first-pass level, and understand what coverage the edit will need
- Own a working kit (bodies, glass, lighting, gimbal) you can bring to shoots
- Have drone experience and the certification to fly legally
- Have studio and product shooting depth: tabletop, macro, and reflection control
- Have shot live events and can cover unpredictable moments without missing the frame
- Are based in Jaipur or open to relocating from within Rajasthan
