Social Media & Brand Executive

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Social Media & Brand Executive to take ownership of our brand’s day-to-day digital presence, content, customer communication, and creative requirements.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think creatively, take initiative, and get things done without needing instructions for every small task.

What you’ll do

- Manage our Instagram and social media presence — stories, reels, posts, captions, and content ideas.
- Create fresh, engaging content while maintaining a consistent brand look, feel, and personality.
- Handle customer DMs, comments, enquiries, feedback, and WhatsApp communication/orders.
- Manage basic website updates and day-to-day digital platforms.
- Manage the backend/admin side of our existing apps and digital platforms, including updating menus, products, offers, content, and other information as required.
- Coordinate with our app/tech team whenever technical support or changes are needed.
- Create and update menus, offers, posters, promotions, and other brand creatives.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, printers, vendors, and the internal team whenever required.
- Oversee day-to-day visual details such as menus, signage, packaging, uniforms, caps,



and other brand elements.
- Ensure that everything customers see — online and offline — feels consistent, polished, and on-brand.
- Keep our digital presence active, fresh, relevant, and visually appealing.

Who we’re looking for

Someone who is:

- Creative, organised, proactive, and digitally savvy
- Comfortable with Instagram, Reels, Stories, Canva, WhatsApp Business, websites, and digital platforms
- Comfortable managing app/admin backends and making routine updates
- Has a solid eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Good at coming up with fresh content and creative ideas
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and coordinating with different people
- Able to think like the brand and maintain its personality consistently
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions

You’ll be the go-to person for our social media, content, customer communication, digital platforms, and everyday brand execution.
