Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
Job Summary:
Navarathna Housing Finance Company is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the overall finance operations of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Support audits and provide required documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role (Freshers can also apply if trained)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Tally/ERP software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Experience in housing finance or NBFC sector (added advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
