Position: Key Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager – Export

Candidate Requirements:

- Candidate must be currently working with a freight forwarding company.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding.
- Strong experience in Export Customer Handling / Key Account Management / CRM.
- Positive knowledge of Air & Sea Export; import knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling existing customers, rate follow-ups, business conversion and account growth.
- Should be comfortable with volume/revenue targets and territory development.
- Strong customer relationship, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good coordination with Pricing, Operations,



Documentation and other internal teams.
- Candidates with proven experience in customer retention, revenue growth and business development from existing accounts will be preferred.
- Only currently working candidates will be considered.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
