We are looking for proactive and responsible candidates who can effectively manage teams and oversee daily operations for our AI Data Operations team. Candidates from a Management background (BBA, MBA, or related fields) will be preferred.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline (Management background is a plus). Candidates from North India (Punjab, Haryana, Delhi NCR, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand, and nearby regions) are preferred. Must be willing to relocate as per business requirements. Minimum 1 year of experience in team management, operations, or leadership roles. Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer and reporting skills

Key responsibilities:



Manage and supervise the AI Data Operations team. Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and task completion. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Resolve team and operational issues efficiently. Maintain performance reports and operational records. Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. Perks:
