Job OverviewThe Pause is looking for a friendly and energetic Restaurant Server to join our front-of-house team in Gurugram. If you have a passion for hospitality, love interacting with people, and want to provide a welcoming dining experience for our guests, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and seat them promptly upon arrival.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve orders efficiently and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly between customers.
- Handle basic billing and payments when required.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming,



and organized dining area.

Requirements

- Previous experience working as a Restaurant Server, Waiter, or Hospitality Steward is a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-first attitude.
- Good communication skills and a neat, professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and stay calm under pressure.
