Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media & referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls/interviews.
- Understand IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Freshers / recent graduates interested in IT Recruitment or HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn,



and job portals is preferred.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and strong willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
