VLH Bansal Motors is looking for a result-oriented Service Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for our service and after-sales business.

The candidate will be responsible for increasing service enquiries, customer retention, repeat service visits and overall workshop business through effective offline and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop marketing strategies to increase service business.
- Generate service leads through digital and offline channels.
- Plan customer retention and service reminder campaigns.
- Promote periodic maintenance and service packages.
- Conduct customer outreach and service campaigns.
- Coordinate with the CRM team for customer follow-ups.
- Develop campaigns for existing and inactive customers.
- Monitor service leads and conversion rates.
- Support local marketing activities and dealership campaigns.




- Manage digital marketing campaigns related to service.
- Coordinate promotional activities with the service and sales teams.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Identify opportunities to increase repeat customers and service revenue.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in automobile marketing/service marketing preferred.
- Dealership or commercial vehicle experience will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM and lead generation.
- Valuable communication and customer relationship skills.
- Strong analytical and campaign-management abilities.
- Target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
