We are looking for energetic Interns / Freshers who want practical, hands-on exposure in planning and executing large-scale events across multiple sectors such as:

This is not only an event-day role. Candidates will be involved in the complete event lifecycle — research, sponsorships, chief guest invitations, speaker outreach, industry partnerships, registrations, marketing, production coordination and event execution.

1. SPONSORSHIP & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERNKey Responsibilities

- Research companies relevant to each event.
- Identify potential:
- Title Sponsors
- Strategic Partners
- Category Partners
- Exhibition Partners
- Barter Partners
- Identify decision-makers such as:
- CEOs
- CMOs
- Marketing Heads
- CSR Heads
- Brand Heads
- Business Heads
- Corporate Communication Heads
- Call and email prospective sponsors.
- Send sponsorship decks and proposals.
- Follow up with companies.
- Schedule sponsor meetings.
- Assist senior team members during commercial presentations.
- Understand sponsor requirements and suggest customised deliverables.
- Maintain sponsorship CRM and follow-up sheets.
- Coordinate sponsor logos, branding and deliverables.
- Support payment and documentation follow-ups.

Exposure

Candidates will learn how sponsorships are actually generated, how brands evaluate events and how commercial partnerships are negotiated.

2. CHIEF GUEST, VIP & GOVERNMENT RELATIONS INTERNKey Responsibilities

- Research appropriate Chief Guests for different events.
- Prepare invitation databases.
- Assist in drafting formal invitation letters.
- Coordinate sending/submission of invitations.
- Follow up with:

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
