Job Purpose
Responsible for achieving Current Account numbers and value targets through customer onboarding, process adherence, and local marketing activities, while ensuring compliance with KYC, AML, and other bank policies.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition and Cross-Selling
Achieve Current Account numbers and value targets.
Drive cross-sell income targets for self, CAAM, and CSOs.
Source unique trade customers in assigned catchment.
Collaboration and Target Achievement
Work with Branch Managers to achieve CA NAV, numbers, and cross-sell income targets.
Coordinate with CAAMs and CSOs to meet business goals.
Lead Generation
Generate leads for fund-based and non-fund-based business assets.
Track daily lead generation, conversion, and product mix.
Process Adherence and Compliance
Ensure customer onboarding and process adherence.
Conduct supervisory reviews and joint calls.
Comply with KYC, AML, and bank policies to reduce FTNR.
Education:
Graduation required; Post-graduation preferred.
Certifications:
AMFI Certification, IRDA Certification, NCFM Certification (Optional).
Key Competencies
Sales and influencing skills, banking product and process knowledge, planning and organizing skills,
communication, knowledge of competition and financial trends.
Major Stakeholders
Customers, Branch Banking Team, Operations, NR Product Team, Treasury, Insurance CAM, MF Fund Houses Personnel, HSL Personnel.
