About Us

Nandish Marble Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the Dimensional Stone Industry, with a focus on Marble, Granite and Natural Stone mining and quarry operations. We are looking for an experienced, technically strong and site-oriented Mining Manager who can independently manage quarry operations, production, block recovery, manpower, machinery, safety, statutory compliance and operating costs.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Marble / Granite / Dimensional Stone Mining and should be capable of ensuring safe, efficient and target-driven quarry operations.

Location: Ambaji, Gujarat
Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: As per company norms
Negotiable based on relevant experience, technical expertise and current CTC
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

· Complete Marble / Granite Quarry Operations Management

· Quarry Development & Bench Planning

· Daily, Weekly & Monthly Production Planning

· Marble / Granite Block Extraction & Recovery Improvement

· Diamond Wire Saw & Chain Saw Operations Supervision

· Drilling, Cutting, Splitting & Excavation Coordination

· Block Quality, Grading & Dimensional Accuracy Monitoring

· Excavator, Loader, Dumper & Quarry Machinery Utilization

· Manpower, Operator, Labour & Contractor Management

· Mine Safety, PPE & Risk Control

· Statutory Mining Records & Compliance





· Quarry Machinery Maintenance Coordination

· Fuel, Consumables & Operating Cost Control

· Overburden, Waste & Material Loss Reduction

· Production Target vs. Actual Monitoring

· Mining MIS & Management Reporting

· Coordination with Geologist, Surveyor, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase & Logistics Teams

Preferred Candidate Profile

· B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mining Engineering

· Second Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency preferred / required as applicable

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

· Strong hands-on experience in Marble Mining, Granite Mining, Dimensional Stone Mining or Natural Stone Quarry Operations

· Experience in managing quarry production, machinery, manpower and contractors

· Strong understanding of block recovery, wastage control and productivity improvement

· Good knowledge of mine safety and statutory compliance

· Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills
