Colour Wood Store is looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Sales Associate to handle both showroom customers and field/site sales.

The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, generating quotations, developing contractor/dealer relationships, visiting project sites and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom Sales

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable paint, plywood, laminates, hardware, doors and building material products.
- Explain product features, quality, applications, pricing and offers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the billing/order team.
- Follow up with customers on pending quotations and enquiries.
- Maintain proper product displays and showroom presentation.
- Achieve monthly showroom sales targets.

Site & Field Sales

- Visit contractors, builders, architects, interior designers, painters and construction sites.
- Generate new project and wholesale sales enquiries.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with contractors, dealers and business customers.
- Identify upcoming projects and create sales opportunities.
- Present products and schemes to customers at project sites.
- Follow up regularly on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
- Coordinate with the showroom and delivery team to ensure smooth order execution.
- Collect market information about competitors, prices and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly site and field sales targets.

Products to Handle

Paints Plywood Laminates Hardware Doors Adhesives Building Materials





Experience with brands such as Berger, Duro, Merino, Pidilite, Ozone, Godrej or similar products will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Experience in hardware, paint, plywood, laminates or building materials preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn products.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with field/site visits.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Honest, punctual and professionally presentable.
