Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Home Loan & LAP Sales Executive to join our Pratap Nagar Branch in Jodhpur. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers and achieving loan disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).

- Identify potential customers and understand their financial requirements.

- Coordinate with customers for loan applications and required documentation.

- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.

- Conduct market visits and develop recent customer sources.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Home Loan/LAP sales.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
