Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and talented 3D Architectural Designer / Visualizer to join our team in Salem. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D architectural and interior visualizations for residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate should be able to transform architectural concepts and drawings into realistic 3D models, photorealistic renders, exterior/interior visualizations, and walkthrough animations for client presentations and project approvals.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed 3D architectural and interior models based on drawings and design concepts.
- Develop high-quality photorealistic renders for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare realistic exterior and interior visualizations.
- Create walkthrough animations and presentation videos.
- Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, furniture, and architectural elements.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, designers, and clients.
- Modify 3D models and renders based on design revisions and client feedback.




- Prepare design presentations and visualization materials for client meetings.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of architectural models and renders.
- Organize and maintain project files, models, textures, and rendering assets.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

Mandatory Software Skills

- SketchUp
- Lumion or Enscape
- AutoCAD

Preferred Software Skills

- Revit Architecture
- 3ds Max

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of architectural design and space planning.
- Good knowledge of materials, lighting, textures, furniture, and landscaping.
- Ability to create realistic and visually appealing architectural renders.
- Good attention to detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to understand 2D architectural drawings and convert them into 3D models.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Portfolio of previous 3D architectural visualization work is preferred.
