Position: Trade Finance Specialist

Reporting To: Finance Manager

We are looking for a skilled Trade Finance Specialist to manage banking and trade finance operations, support business transactions, mitigate financial risks, and strengthen banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage Import & Export Letters of Credit (LCs) and ensure compliance with applicable terms.

-Handle Documentary Collections, Bank Guarantees, and trade-related documentation.

-Review documents and proactively resolve LC and collection discrepancies.Manage export LC funding, bank charges, and financing costs.

-Optimize bank facilities, working capital, interest costs, and financing options.

-Monitor and manage forex, currency, credit, and trade-related risks, including hedging.

-Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and INCOTERMS.Build strong relationships with banks,



suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

-Provide guidance on trade finance products, processes, and best practices.Prepare reports and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Ideal CandidateCandidates with strong experience in Trade Finance, Banking Operations, Import/Export Finance, LC Management, Documentary Collections, and Working Capital Management are encouraged to apply.
