We are looking for an experienced CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator to operate and monitor our CNC laser cutting machine and ensure accurate, high-quality production of sheet metal components.

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of hands-on experience operating CNC laser cutting machines and should have a good understanding of cutting parameters, dimensional inspection, and compensation adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor the CNC laser cutting machine safely and efficiently.
- Run cutting programs and ensure parts are produced according to drawings and specifications.
- Check the dimensions and quality of cut parts during production.
- Use a Vernier caliper and other basic measuring instruments accurately for dimensional inspection.
- Adjust laser cutting parameters such as speed, power, gas pressure, frequency, and other settings as required for different materials and thicknesses.
- Identify dimensional variations in finished parts and make the necessary machine compensation/offset adjustments to achieve the required dimensions.
- Monitor cutting quality and identify issues such as burrs, dross, incomplete cuts, excessive heat marks,



or dimensional inaccuracies.
- Perform basic machine setup and assist with routine maintenance and cleaning.
- Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with the programming and production teams when there are issues with drawings, programs, or cutting quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as a CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator.
- Practical experience operating a CNC fiber laser cutting machine is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and dimensions.
- Good knowledge of using a Vernier caliper for accurate dimensional measurement.
- Ability to adjust laser cutting parameters according to material type and thickness.
- Strong understanding of cutting compensation/offset adjustment based on actual part dimensions.
- Ability to identify and correct dimensional variations during production.
- Valuable attention to detail and commitment to maintaining dimensional accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
