Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telugu-speaking Calling Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining our products/services, following up with leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Communicate with customers fluently and professionally in Telugu.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns politely.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversions.
- Provide regular updates to the Team Leader/Manager.
- Maintain qualified and positive communication with customers.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales,



customer support, or a similar role.
- Fluent Telugu speaking skills are mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling ability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and customer objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, CRM, or calling software is an advantage.
- Candidates with telesales or lead-generation experience will be preferred.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Additional incentives based on leads, conversions, and target achievement.
