Roles & Responsibilities

- Work on a rotational shift schedule across all three shifts. Three Canteen Supervisors shall rotate periodically to ensure equal operational exposure and continuous supervision in all shifts.
- Monitor and supervise canteen operations across all three shifts to ensure uninterrupted food service.
- Calculate the employee headcount for each shift on a daily basis and communicate the required meal quantity to the Canteen Production Head within the prescribed timeline.
- Coordinate with the Production, HR, and Security teams to obtain accurate manpower details for each shift.
- Follow up with the transport team to ensure timely pickup and delivery of food from the Central Kitchen to the Production Unit.
- Verify that the correct quantity of food is received for each shift and report any shortages or excess immediately.
- Ensure food is served to employees as per the scheduled meal timings without delays.
- Supervise buffet service and maintain an orderly queue to avoid congestion during peak hours.
- Ensure the canteen dining area is clean, hygienic, and well-maintained before, during, and after every meal service.
- Coordinate with housekeeping personnel to maintain cleanliness of dining tables, wash areas, and waste disposal points.
- Ensure sufficient availability of drinking water, serving utensils, plates,



cups, and other dining accessories.
- Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation before serving, and escalate any quality concerns to the Canteen Production Head.
- Record daily meal consumption, employee attendance for meals, and food wastage, and submit reports to management.
- Handle employee feedback and complaints related to canteen services and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Hygiene, and Company Health & Safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, transport personnel, and internal departments for smooth canteen operations.
- Maintain discipline in the dining area and ensure employees follow canteen rules and safety practices.
- Report equipment breakdowns, infrastructure issues, or operational challenges to the concerned department for immediate resolution.
- Maintain shift-wise records of food received, food served, balance quantity, and wastage.
- Support management during audits, inspections, and special food service requirements.
- Perform any other canteen operational responsibilities assigned by the Management or HR Department.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
