We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital marketing activities, including content creation, video editing, graphic designing, online advertising, lead generation, and customer follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across social media, creative content, paid ads, and lead management.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Generate short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and advertisements using editing and AI tools.
- Design social-media posts, banners, posters, thumbnails, and other marketing creatives.
- Plan and publish regular content across social-media platforms.
- Set up and manage Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads.
- Monitor ad performance, leads, budget, and cost per lead.
- Generate and manage leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels.
- Maintain lead records and regularly update lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
- Analyze campaign and social-media performance and prepare reports.
- Research competitors, trends, content ideas,



and new marketing opportunities.
- Continuously test new creatives, videos, audiences, and advertising strategies.

What We Expect

The candidate should be hands-on and execution-focused. We are looking for someone who can take an idea, create the required creative/video, run the campaign, generate leads, follow up with those leads, and report the results.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
