We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Women's Ethnic Wear Sales Executive to join our retail team in Panchkula. The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling women's ethnic wear such as suits, dress materials, sarees, kurtis, dupattas and ready-to-wear ethnic outfits. You should have a good understanding of fabrics, designs, colours and styling, and most importantly, know how to understand a customer's requirements and help her find the right outfit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Sales & Service Welcome and assist customers in the store
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget
- Recommend suitable outfits based on occasion, styling and personal preference
- Explain fabric, work, design, quality and product features
- Create a personalized and premium shopping experience
- Handle customer questions, objections and negotiations professionally
- Cross-sell and upsell suitable products and accessories




- Build relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat purchases
- Follow up with customers regarding new collections and special products

Must Have

- 2–5 years of experience in women's ethnic wear retail sales
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills
- Positive understanding of women's ethnic wear
- Ability to confidently explain products and fabrics
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Presentable personality
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to work towards sales targets
