Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students on overseas education opportunities and career pathways.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs.
- Guide students through admissions, documentation, and visa processes.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Mentor junior counsellors and support the branch team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in study abroad counseling.
- Excellent communication,



counseling, and sales skills.
- Strong knowledge of international education and visa processes.
- Target oriented with a passion for helping students succeed.
