Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Engineer – Network & Hardware Support to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, network connectivity, hardware, systems, and end-user technical support. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth IT operations across office and plant locations and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network Support

- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and network connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Configure and maintain IP addresses, DHCP, DNS, and basic network services.
- Support network infrastructure, cabling, and access points.
- Coordinate with internet and telecom service providers whenever required.

2. Hardware & Desktop Support

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware failures and system-related issues.
- Perform OS installation, formatting, configuration, and system upgrades.
- Maintain hardware inventory and asset records.
- Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues.

3. Software & User Support

- Install and configure Windows OS and commonly used business applications.
- Troubleshoot software, email, printing, and user-access issues.
- Create and manage user accounts and access permissions as per company requirements.
- Provide first-level support for ERP, HRMS, attendance systems, and other business applications.

4. IT Infrastructure & Security

- Ensure proper functioning of IT infrastructure at office and plant locations.
- Support antivirus, endpoint security, backups, and basic cybersecurity practices.




- Maintain regular backups and assist in data recovery when required.
- Ensure IT systems are maintained as per company policies and security standards.

5. IT Asset & Documentation

- Maintain records of computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and other IT assets.
- Track hardware allocation, replacement, repair, and maintenance.
- Maintain documentation of network infrastructure and IT-related activities.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, routers and switches.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in computer hardware and networking.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop support.
- Basic knowledge of server, backup, antivirus, and cybersecurity concepts.
- Knowledge of CCTV, biometric/attendance systems, printers, and other IT peripherals will be an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide timely support to users and work independently.

Education

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.

Experience

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support, hardware, networking, or infrastructure management.
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment will be preferred.

Job Objective

To ensure secure, secure, and uninterrupted IT infrastructure and user support across the organization's office and manufacturing facilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
