Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with 10+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership. The role requires a proven ability to lead multiple teams, drive high-impact delivery, and mentor senior engineers, while partnering closely with Product and business stakeholders to execute technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, mentor, and inspire multiple engineering teams.
- Drive growth opportunities, performance management, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and high engineering standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team scaling for strategic growth.

Technical & Delivery Oversight

- Provide technical guidance, architecture review, and code quality oversight.
- Ensure adoption of best practices in software design, testing, security, and CI/CD.
- Partner with Tech Leads and Architects on system design and roadmap planning.
- Manage delivery timelines, priorities, and dependencies across projects.

Strategic & Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with Product, UX,



and business teams to define technical strategy.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
- Influence technology roadmap and contribute to organizational planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, metrics, and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.

- Proven experience leading large, distributed, or multi-team engineering organizations.

- Strong technical foundation across modern stacks (backend, frontend, mobile, cloud).

- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, software lifecycle, and engineering metrics.

- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior leadership.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

- Experience in client-facing or consulting environments.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable systems.
- Background in microservices, mobile applications, or platform engineering.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
