About the Role
MP Public School is looking for a skilled AI Automation & n8n Developer to design, develop and maintain AI-powered automation systems for school administration, finance, procurement and vendor management.
The selected candidate will work closely with the management team to convert manual processes into reliable, secure and scalable AI-agentic workflows.
The primary automation platform will be n8n. Experience with Pabbly Connect, Make or Zapier is an advantage.
Key Project
The candidate will be responsible for developing an AI-Powered Vendor Purchase & Payment Management System, covering:
Purchase Order → Approval → Purchase → Material Receipt/GRN → Invoice → AI Verification → PO/GRN/Invoice Matching → Tally → Human Approval → Payment → ICICI → UTR → Vendor WhatsApp → Reports & Audit Trail
Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop complex n8n workflows
- Build AI-powered automation and agentic workflows
- Integrate OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar LLM APIs
- Develop invoice/document extraction and verification workflows
- Implement PO–GRN–Invoice three-way matching
- Develop automated approval and exception-handling workflows
- Integrate Tally and other accounting/ERP systems through APIs or available integration methods
- Integrate WhatsApp Business API for vendor communication
- Integrate Google Workspace, Google Drive, Sheets and other business applications
- Work with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and OAuth
- Design and maintain PostgreSQL/Supabase databases
- Develop audit trails, logs, notifications and error-handling systems
- Implement duplicate detection and payment-control mechanisms
- Integrate banking/payment APIs where technically and legally permitted




- Work with the frontend/dashboard developer to connect automation workflows with the application
- Monitor production workflows and troubleshoot failures
- Maintain proper documentation of workflows, APIs and system architecture
- Ensure data security, access control and backup procedures

Important: We are looking for someone who understands AI agents and automation architecture, not only someone who can connect pre-built n8n nodes.
Educational Qualification

- B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field

OR




Equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio of production automation projects.
Experience
3–5 years total relevant experience preferred.
Candidates with strong practical experience in n8n, APIs and AI automation may also be considered irrespective of formal qualification.
Preferred experience:

- 2+ years in workflow/API automation
- 1+ year in AI/LLM integration
- Experience developing production-grade automation systems
- Experience integrating multiple SaaS/API platforms

Compensation
Salary: ₹[Insert Range] per annum, depending on experience and demonstrated technical capability.
Performance-based incentives may be considered for successful implementation of major automation projects.
