Job Details

We are looking for a Transplant Coordinator to coordinate the complete transplant process, ensuring smooth communication between patients, donors, families, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate pre-transplant evaluation, investigations, and documentation of patients and donors.
- Coordinate with transplant surgeons, physicians, nursing, diagnostics, and other departments.
- Facilitate donor and recipient counselling and ensure timely completion of required procedures.
- Maintain accurate transplant-related records, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate transplant scheduling, admissions, procedures, and post-transplant follow-up.




- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their families throughout the transplant journey.
- Ensure compliance with applicable transplant protocols and institutional policies.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing / Life Sciences / Allied Health Sciences / Social Work or a relevant healthcare discipline.
- Additional qualification or certification in Transplant Coordination will be an advantage.

Experience

- Prior experience in transplant coordination, hospital operations, critical care, or a related healthcare setting will be preferred.
