Role Overview
This is a hunter-focused B2B sales role for professionals who enjoy generating their own leads, meeting decision-makers, building sales pipelines, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
- Generate new business through cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Conduct company-to-company visits and meet key decision-makers
- Generate prospects through Google, IndiaMART, Justdial, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Sell Website Development, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Video & Content, CRM & Automation solutions
- Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Negotiate commercials and close deals
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline updates
- Contribute directly to revenue growth
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales experience
- Experience in IT Services / Digital Marketing / SaaS / Digital Products
- Strong new client acquisition and lead-generation skills
- Proven monthly sales target achievement
- Experience in cold calling and field sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of IT & Digital Marketing solutions
- Robust target-oriented and revenue-driven mindset
- Good knowledge of the Pune/Mumbai market
- Own vehicle mandatory for Pune candidates
- Immediate joiners / candidates who can join within 15 days preferred
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage
