Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Tender Executive & Back office administartor to manage our end-to-end e-tendering and bidding processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience navigating the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and the Indian Railways E-Procurement System (IREPS). A solid familiarity with IT products (such as laptops, desktops, servers, networking,cctv devices, and software licenses) is essential to accurately evaluate technical specifications and submit competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tender Identification: Actively monitor, track, and identify relevant government and public sector tenders on GeM, IREPS, and other e-procurement portals.
- Technical Evaluation:



Review tender documents thoroughly to understand technical eligibility, scope of work, commercial terms, and compliance requirements for IT products.
- Documentation & Preparation: Compile, prepare, and organize all necessary documentation, including Earnest Money Deposits (EMD), Bank Guarantees, OEM authorization letters (MAF), and financial documents.
- Bid Submission: Upload complete technical and financial bids accurately on the GeM portal and IREPS within specified deadlines.
- Auction Management: Participate in online reverse auctions, forward auctions, and live bidding scenarios.
- Follow-up & Compliance: Track submitted bids, respond to post-bid clarifications or shortfalls raised by departments, and manage order execution documentation upon winning a contract.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
