Job Summary
Drive B2B sales of pharmaceutical products or healthcare supplies to retail pharmacies, hospital pharmacies and wholesale distributors. Build strong relationships with pharmacy owners and purchase managers while achieving secondary sales and current-account targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail pharmacies, hospital pharmacies and wholesale distributors in the assigned territory.
- Collect orders for the assigned product portfolio and ensure stock availability.
- Introduce new products to pharmacists and explain product features and margins.
- Build long-term relationships with pharmacy owners and purchase managers.
- Manage secondary sales data collection from stockists.
- Handle return goods,
credit notes and near-expiry stock as per policy.
- Monitor competitor products on pharmacy shelves and report market activity.
- Ensure product visibility and display at key pharmacy touchpoints.
Requirements
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm / Any Graduate.
- 0–4 years of experience in pharmacy, pharmaceutical or healthcare B2B sales.
- Knowledge of pharmacy retail and wholesale sales.
- Distributor and stockist management skills.
- Product introduction and presentation skills.
- Credit control and collection skills.
- Basic pharmacology knowledge.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory; Tamil communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,800.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
