Qualification

A Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university.

A minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale), a Ph. D. in Law or allied subjects in relation to Law.

Job Description

An Associate Professor (Law), possessing a strong passion for teaching and a commitment to developing and delivering high-quality content for assigned courses.

The required qualifications shall be as per UGC/ BCI guidelines. Further, the individual should demonstrate a readiness to assume responsibility and embrace challenging opportunities, leveraging their knowledge and skills to the fullest extent.

Key Responsible

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars on assigned legal subjects, ensuring effective and engaging instruction.

Develop, update, and implement course content and syllabi to reflect current legal trends and standards.





Conduct scholarly research in various areas of law and contribute to academic publications.

Provide mentorship and academic counseling to students, guiding them through their academic and career development.

Supervise student projects, internships, and moot court activities, ensuring practical application of legal principles.

Design and conduct student assessments, providing constructive feedback on their progress and performance.

Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and contribute to the development of institutional policies and programs

Experience

Teaching/ research experience of minimum 10 Years or teaching and industry experience of 10 years or more, A valuable academic record, with a minimum score as per the stipulated standards of the Bar Council of India (BCI), along with the required minimum research score of 75 and atleast 7 publications in SCOPUS / WoS / Peer Reviewed / UGC Listed Journals, etc.

In case of Industry experience shall be directly related to Law.

Those who are working in affiliated colleges shall produce proof of being a recognized faculty.
