Job Title: Sales Executive
(Packaging Materials) Location: Coimbatore Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month (fixed) + incentives and allowances Employment Type: Full-time About Us: We are a growing packaging materials manufacturing company based in Coimbatore, supplying quality packaging solutions to industries across India. We value customer focus, teamwork, and consistent performance. Role Overview: We are hiring a Sales Executives to develop leads, manage customer relationships, and grow sales in assigned territories. Freshers with solid communication skills and sales aptitude are welcome, as are candidates with prior sales experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related B2B sectors. Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on sales leads, and field visits. Existing Leads will be given Present product features and pricing, prepare quotations, and close orders. Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and industrial clients. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely deliveries. Prepare simple sales reports and update CRM/records. Qualifications & Skills: 12th pass, diploma, or graduate (any stream).
Relevant sales diploma or degree is a plus. Good communication skills in English and Tamil; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the territory. Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, Excel) for reporting and quotations. Prior experience in B2B sales, packaging, or manufacturing is desirable but not required. Compensation & Benefits: Fixed salary: ₹15,000 -₹18,000 per month. Performance-based incentives (uncapped/structured as per company policy) can earn upto ₹50,000 per month Travel and daily allowances for fieldwork. Mobile/communication allowance.
