House of Gamers is looking for a responsible and energetic Gaming Café Operations Intern to help manage our day-to-day gaming café operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a smooth gaming experience while keeping the gaming floor organised and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day gaming café operations and customer flow.
- Handle customer bookings, walk-ins, gaming sessions and basic queries.
- Manage billing, payments and daily sales records.
- Ensure gaming stations, consoles, controllers and accessories are ready for customers.
- Handle basic troubleshooting of gaming setups and coordinate when technical support is required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the gaming area.
- Monitor equipment and report any damage or technical issues.
- Assist with offers, tournaments, events and gaming activities.
- Maintain daily reports of bookings, sales and customer footfall.
- Coordinate with the café/team to ensure smooth opening and closing operations.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.

What We’re Looking For

- Someone who genuinely enjoys gaming and understands popular games/consoles.




- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Responsible, punctual and comfortable working independently.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of daily operations.
- Prior experience in a gaming café, café, retail or customer-service role is a plus but not mandatory.
