- Dispense prescribed medications accurately to inpatients/outpatients.
- Review prescriptions for dosage, interactions, and contraindications.
- Provide medication counseling to patients and caregivers.
- Maintain stock levels, check expiry dates, and manage inventory.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of all medicines.
- Comply with hospital policies and drug regulatory requirements.
- Document narcotics, controlled substances, and ADRs.
- Coordinate with doctors and nurses for protected medication administration.
- Follow SOPs and participate in audits and inspections.
- Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
