Roles & Responsibilities
Handle real-time customer queries, requests, and concerns via written chat in German.
Maintain high quality, accuracy, and professional decorum in all customer interactions.
Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction standards.
Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Key Requirements
Language Proficiency: Minimum B1 Level Certification in German (B2/C1 is a plus).
Communication Skills: Excellent written communication and typing skills in both German and English.
Education: Open to Graduates / Undergraduates with relevant language expertise.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in shift patterns as per process requirements.
