Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive

Incetrix Security Solutions is a cybersecurity company helping businesses identify and address security risks through practical, accessible solutions. We're expanding our team and looking for a Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive to join us in Kerala.

This is a dual-function role suited to someone who can build genuine business relationships through outreach, and who knows how to communicate cybersecurity concepts clearly to a non-technical audience. As an early-stage company, this role comes with real ownership — you won't just be executing an existing playbook, you'll be helping build one.

Responsibilities

- Lead outbound business development through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects, from first contact to qualified lead
- Plan and execute content for our digital platforms, including LinkedIn posts and campaigns




- Translate technical security concepts into transparent, business-friendly messaging for non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with the founding team on positioning and go-to-market strategy
- Track outreach performance and refine approach based on results

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing (cybersecurity/IT background a plus, not required)
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship-building
- A self-starter, comfortable owning a role that's still evolving
- Basic understanding of social media/content strategy, especially LinkedIn
- Any graduate degree; Marketing/Business background preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
