Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 Create engaging graphics, banners, social media creatives, product visuals, campaign

creatives, thumbnails, and digital marketing assets.

 Develop concepts and visual designs based on creative briefs.

 Use AI tools to generate, enhance, modify, and experiment with creative concepts and

visual assets.

 Create AI-generated images, backgrounds, product environments, characters, and visual

compositions.

 Work closely with the Creative, Editor Operation, Product, and Content teams.

 Adapt creatives into multiple sizes and formats for different platforms.

 Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication.

 Explore recent AI tools, workflows, and techniques to improve creative output and

productivity.

 Retouch and enhance product images using Adobe tools and AI-powered tools.

 Manage multiple creative projects and deliver within timelines.

 Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, Generative AI, image generation,

and creative technology.





Required Skills

 Strong knowledge of Adobe Family software & LLM

 Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.

 Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly,

ChatGPT, Gemini, Leonardo AI, or similar tools.

 Ability to write and optimize AI prompts for image & video generation.

 Good understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing creatives.

 Robust creative thinking and attention to detail.

 Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Preferred

 Experience in e-commerce, advertising, media, or retail.

 Knowledge of AI-based image/video generation and enhancement tools.

 Basic understanding of video editing or motion graphics will be an advantage

Educational Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or related field.

Working Day: Monday To Friday

Bond: 1 Year & 6 Months

Notice Periods: 3 Months

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
