Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to support our EDP, Business Intelligence, MIS, analytics, digital operations, and e-commerce activities. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data, preparing dashboards and reports, improving automation, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage EDP (Electronic Data Processing) and Business Intelligence operations.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical reports.
- Create interactive dashboards using Power BI / Tableau.
- Use Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
- Develop and maintain data-driven solutions using Python and MySQL.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and reporting improvements.
- Monitor and analyze sales, inventory, customer, and business performance.
- Support website, e-commerce, and online sales platform operations.




- Assist in managing and analyzing digital marketing and social media performance.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
- Generate insights and recommendations to improve business efficiency and profitability.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidates should be willing to work from Puducherry.
