Pentium Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Tele Caller Executive to join our team in Calicut. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and supporting the sales team in generating qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide basic project information.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential buyers.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Update customer and lead information accurately.




- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversions.

Requirements

- 6 months – 1 year of tele-calling/sales experience preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Malayalam and English.
- Confident and friendly personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
