We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commi II Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food preparation, maintain high hygiene standards, and support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per kitchen standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines




- Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
- Assist in stock handling and minimizing food wastage

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commi II or similar role
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure during service hours
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
