Role Overview

You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support ourcontinuous improvement (CI) processes and culture.

You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of thedepartment KPI scorecards.

How You Will Contribute

- Providetraining on CI tools and techniques; help departments follow our establishedDaily Management System (DMS)

- Help teamscollect data or extract it from the systemto support CI activities and the DMS

- Facilitateroot-cause analysisto address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps

- Establishnew work standardsto sustain improvement

- Train and qualify colleagueson CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities

- Strong facilitation and communication skillsto support team discussions on CI activities

- Application ofLean and/or TPM toolsin a factory or operations environment

- Ability tovalidate datain manual and automated systems

- Mastery of Exceland other data analytics tools

- Logical and structured thinkingto extract insights from data

What Kind of Experience We Are Looking For

- Solid prior experience in manufacturing/factory operations(production, plant operations, manufacturing, maintenance, or operations leadership roles)

- Working knowledge and practical exposure to IL6S / Manufacturing Excellence / Lean / TPM / Continuous Improvement

- Proven ability to drive improvements on the shopfloor, alongside line leaders and operators

- Backgrounds fromFMCG, Pharma, Automotive, Chemicals, or large manufacturing setups

Key Note

We are looking formanufacturing leaders with strong, hands-on factory operations experiencewho have applied or worked withManufacturing Excellence / IL6S principlesas part of their roles.

Deep plant operations exposure is essential; formal IL6S or Manufacturing Excellence titles are valuable but not mandatory, provided there is asolid understanding and practical applicationof these frameworks on the shopfloor.
