About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to support our sales department with accurate data management, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally and Advanced Excel, with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, maintain, and update sales data and dashboards.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Analyze sales trends, targets, achievements, and variances.
- Coordinate with the sales team for data accuracy and timely report submission.
- Maintain customer master data and pricing information.
- Prepare invoicing, purchase orders, GRN, and related documents using Tally.
- Create and automate reports using Excel functions (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Charts, etc.).
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance tracking.




- Ensure accurate and secure storage of business, vendor, and customer data.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Power Query, Charts & Dashboards)
- Tally ERP (Mandatory)
- Strong analytical and numerical ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of sales operations or the auto parts industry is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or similar field.
- Certification in Excel/Tally will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
