Flitz Interactive is looking for energetic MBA graduates and freshers to join our sales team as Sales Development Representatives (SDR) in IT Sales!

Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – IT Sales
Eligibility: MBA Graduates / Freshers
Compensation: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA
Training: 3-month structured onboarding & training program (stipend provided during training)

What you'll do:
Identify and qualify current business opportunities
Connect with prospective clients and generate leads
Build strong communication & sales skills in the IT industry




Work closely with our sales & business development team

What we're looking for:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment
An MBA degree (freshers welcome!)
A go-getter attitude with a passion for technology and sales

This is a great opportunity to build a solid foundation in IT sales with hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
