3. Digital Executive + Personal Assistant (Most Urgent)

Key Responsibilities

. Manage and regularly update the company website with product details, catalogs, and company information.

. Create, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

. Coordinate with the design team for brochures, catalogs, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.

. Execute SEO activities, blog posting, and digital marketing campaigns to improve online visibility.

. Monitor website traffic, social media performance, and prepare monthly MIS reports.

. Generate, track, and follow up on sales enquiries received through digital platforms.

. Maintain digital marketing databases, customer enquiry records, and campaign reports.

. Coordinate with the Sales and Management teams for marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

. Handle email marketing, WhatsApp Business communications, and online customer interactions.

Assist the Managing Director in preparing presentations, reports, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and other day-to-day coordination activities.

. Maintain confidential documents, meeting minutes (MOM), and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

. Perform general administrative and personal assistant responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Candidate Requirements

. Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

. Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Canva, and basic digital marketing tools.

. Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, Google Analytics, and website management will be an added advantage.

. ERP knowledge is preferred.

. Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

. Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking abilities.

. Smart, proactive, and willing to learn.

. Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

. Salary Budget: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
