Traveler Growth is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in Social Media Marketing, SEO, Video Production, Video Editing, Graphic Design, and Meta Advertising.

We work with clients across different industries to build their digital presence and achieve measurable marketing results.

We are looking for an organized, responsible, proactive, and confident Operations Manager to coordinate our day-to-day activities and ensure smooth communication between clients, management, and our internal creative team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily activities between clients and the internal team.
- Act as the main coordination point between clients, management, graphic designers, video editors, and other team members.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the relevant team members.
- Assign tasks and follow up with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within deadlines.
- Coordinate client feedback, revisions, approvals, and final deliveries.
- Maintain a clear schedule of ongoing projects, tasks, and deadlines.
- Coordinate project budgets, quotations, expenses, and related information with management.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending requirements, approvals, payments, and other necessary information.
- Identify workflow issues and ensure they are resolved quickly.
- Maintain proper records of projects, client requirements, task status, and deliverables.
- Conduct or coordinate regular team updates and follow-ups.
- Prepare project status updates and report operational issues to management.
- Help improve internal systems and processes to make the agency more efficient.




- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple client projects.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media concepts.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and creative team members.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and project management tools.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, agency operations, client coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
