Job Summary

We are looking for a Dispatch cum Stores Executive to manage dispatch operations, maintain inventory, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will handle shipment coordination, stock management, and documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure on-time deliveries
- Prepare invoices, labels, and shipping documents
- Maintain and track inventory and stock levels
- Verify orders and reconcile dispatch quantities
- Coordinate with transporters and arrange shipments
- Monitor shipment status and update customers
- Maintain accurate records of stock and dispatch
- Ensure confidentiality of pricing and company data

Requirements

- Graduate or relevant experience in logistics/stores
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch or warehouse operations
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (ERP knowledge is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
