Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Handle end-to-end video production, including pre-production, filming, lighting, audio, and post-production.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, brand films, product videos, interviews, and event coverage.
- Operate professional cameras, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and other video equipment.
- Edit footage using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, music, subtitles, and color correction where required.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and social media teams to understand content requirements.
- Optimize videos for different platforms and formats, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.
- Stay updated with emerging video trends, editing techniques, social media formats, and creative styles.
- Organize and maintain video footage, project files, assets, and archives.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of video production, composition, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
- Proficiency in professional video editing software.
- Good understanding of color grading,



sound design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating short-form content for social media.
- Ability to operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras and related production equipment.
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience with videography is a plus.
- Photography skills are an added advantage.
- Understanding of social media trends and content performance.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Salary: 10,000 - 12,0000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
