Job Summary

Distrikt 9 Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team in Kanjikode, Palakkad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest comfort across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas to 5-star standards.
- Ensure rooms and facilities are properly arranged, clean, and ready for guests.
- Replenish room amenities, linen, and housekeeping supplies as required.
- Follow established cleaning, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the appropriate supervisor.
- Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly.
- Respond courteously to guest requests and provide prompt assistance when required.
- Maintain qualified grooming and a positive attitude at all times.




- Work closely with supervisors and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow hotel policies and standards related to guest service, cleanliness, and safety.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Professional appearance and guest-friendly attitude.
