Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

SEO | AEO/GEO | Google Ads | Meta Ads | Social Media | Lead Generation

Location: Phagwara, Punjab
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Mode: 100% Office-Based
Experience: 3–5+ years preferred
Salary: ₹40,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and capability
Performance Bonus: Available based on results

This is a full-time, 100% office-based position at our back office in Phagwara, Punjab.

This is NOT a remote, work-from-home or hybrid position.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to take ownership of our digital marketing activities.

This is not simply a social media posting role.

We need someone who understands the complete digital marketing ecosystem and can manage our:

- Website and online presence
- SEO
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation)
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation)
- Google Ads and Google platforms
- Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising
- Social media
- Content marketing
- Lead-generation campaigns
- Analytics and conversion tracking

The primary objective of this role is to increase our online visibility and consistently generate high-quality business leads.

You should be equally comfortable developing the marketing strategy, implementing campaigns and analysing the results.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO & Website Management

- Take ownership of SEO performance across our websites.
- Conduct keyword, competitor and search-intent research.
- Develop and implement on-page, off-page and technical SEO strategies.
- Improve organic rankings for commercially important keywords.
- Optimise website pages, landing pages, blogs, titles, descriptions and internal linking.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers where necessary.
- Develop backlink, citation and domain-authority strategies.
- Monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions and competitor performance.
- Recommend improvements to website structure, content and conversion performance.

AEO, GEO & AI Search

We want to build our visibility not only on traditional search engines but also across emerging AI-powered search and answer platforms.

Responsibilities will include:

- Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
- Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
- Optimising content for AI-generated search results.
- Improving visibility across platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Perplexity.
- Creating authoritative, structured and question-led content.
- Implementing structured data/schema where appropriate.
- Monitoring and improving brand visibility across traditional and AI search environments.

Practical experience with AEO, GEO or AI-search optimisation would be a significant advantage.

Google Marketing

Take responsibility for our Google marketing ecosystem, including:

- Google Ads.




- Google Analytics / GA4.
- Google Search Console.
- Google Business Profile.
- Google Tag Manager.
- Conversion tracking.
- Keyword research.
- Search and remarketing campaigns.
- Landing-page optimisation.
- Cost-per-click and cost-per-lead optimisation.

You should be capable of managing advertising budgets and demonstrating the commercial return generated from campaigns.

Meta & Paid Social Advertising

Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including:

- Meta Business Manager.
- Meta Ads Manager.
- Audience creation and targeting.
- Lead-generation campaigns.
- Retargeting.
- Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Creative and audience testing.
- Campaign optimisation.
- Cost-per-lead analysis.
- Conversion analysis.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate actual leads and conversions generated through paid campaigns.

Social Media & Content Marketing

Develop and manage our presence across relevant platforms, particularly:

- LinkedIn.
- Facebook.
- Instagram.
- YouTube and other relevant channels.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing monthly content calendars.
- Creating engaging social media posts and campaigns.
- Creating or coordinating graphics and short-form video content.
- Writing or coordinating blogs and website content.
- Developing campaigns designed to generate business enquiries.
- Repurposing website and long-form content for social channels.
- Monitoring competitors and identifying new opportunities.
- Growing relevant audiences and engagement.

We are interested in commercial results, not simply increasing follower numbers.

Lead Generation & Conversion

Lead generation is one of the most important responsibilities of this position.

You will be expected to:

- Generate qualified inbound business enquiries.
- Develop digital lead-generation strategies.
- Create and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Develop campaigns targeting different services and customer segments.
- Test different audiences, messages, creatives and offers.
- Track leads from their original marketing source through to conversion.
- Improve website conversion rates.
- Monitor and reduce cost per qualified lead.
- Identify new digital channels and lead-generation opportunities.
- Continuously improve return on marketing investment.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

You must be comfortable working with data and measuring the effectiveness of your work.

Regular reporting will include:

- Website traffic.
- Organic search performance.
- Keyword rankings.
- SEO performance.
- AEO/GEO and AI-search visibility.
- Google Ads performance.
- Meta Ads performance.
- Social media performance.
- Leads generated by source.
- Conversion rates.
- Cost per lead.
- Advertising spend.
- Return on advertising spend / marketing ROI.

Performance will be measured primarily on qualified leads,



conversions and commercial results rather than vanity metrics.

Candidate Profile

Ideally, you will have 3–5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with strong practical knowledge across several of the following areas:

- SEO.
- Google Ads / PPC.
- Meta Ads.
- Lead generation.
- Social media management.
- Content marketing.
- Google Analytics / GA4.
- Google Search Console.
- Google Business Profile.
- Google Tag Manager.
- Conversion tracking.
- Landing-page optimisation.
- AEO / GEO / AI-search optimisation.

Skills We Are Looking For

- Strong understanding of digital marketing as a whole.
- Excellent SEO knowledge.
- Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
- Strong understanding of lead-generation funnels.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to understand cost per lead, conversion rates and ROI.
- Strong written English.
- Good content-writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of website structure and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Ability to create or coordinate good-quality graphics and video content.
- Experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
- Commercial mindset and willingness to test, learn and continuously improve campaigns.

What We Are NOT Looking For

This position will not suit someone whose experience is primarily limited to:

- Posting on Facebook and Instagram.
- Creating basic Canva graphics.
- Increasing followers and likes without generating business enquiries.
- Basic SEO without understanding lead generation.
- Outsourcing all PPC or SEO work to agencies.
- Candidates looking exclusively for remote or freelance work.

We need someone who can understand and manage the complete digital marketing and customer-acquisition process.

How Your Performance Will Be Measured

Key performance indicators will include:

- Number and quality of leads generated.
- Cost per qualified lead.
- Website conversion rate.
- Organic search growth.
- Improvement in relevant keyword rankings.
- Google Ads performance.
- Meta Ads performance.
- AEO/GEO and AI-search visibility.
- Growth in relevant website traffic.
- Overall return on marketing investment.
