About Phlebify

Phlebify is a technology-enabled home sample collection network that helps diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, and clinics provide reliable blood sample collection services at patients’ homes.

We are looking for skilled and responsible Phlebotomists to join our growing network and handle home blood sample collections across the city.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit patients at their homes for blood sample collection.
- Perform venipuncture and blood collection safely and professionally.
- Collect, label, and handle blood and other diagnostic samples according to laboratory protocols.
- Verify patient details and ensure correct sample identification.
- Follow proper sample handling, storage, and transportation procedures.
- Ensure samples are delivered to the designated laboratory/hub within the required timeframe.
- Maintain proper hygiene, infection-control, and safety standards.
- Use the Phlebify mobile application to accept and manage collection assignments.
- Update collection status, patient details, and sample information through the app.
- Handle barcodes and sample identification as required.
- Maintain professionalism and good communication with patients.
- Report sample-related issues, patient concerns, or collection difficulties to the operations team.
- Follow Phlebify's SOPs for home sample collection and sample transportation.

Requirements

- Diploma/Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/MLT), Phlebotomy, or relevant qualification preferred.




- Prior experience in blood sample collection is preferred.
- Freshers with proper phlebotomy training may also apply.
- Good knowledge of venipuncture and blood collection techniques.
- Comfortable travelling within the assigned service area.
- Basic smartphone knowledge and ability to use mobile applications.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, punctual, and patient-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple collection assignments.
