Archstone Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create high-quality visual and video content for our real estate projects, digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and property promotions. Key Responsibilities - Create attractive real estate project creatives, banners, brochures, flyers, hoardings, presentations, and digital advertisements. - Edit property walkthrough videos, project videos, site-visit videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos. - Create engaging content highlighting project features, amenities, locations, pricing, offers, and USPs. - Design social media posts and campaigns for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. - Edit videos recorded at project sites, including transitions, captions, music, voiceovers, and motion graphics. - Create content for property launches, open houses, events, site visits, and marketing campaigns. - Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand project requirements and create relevant content. - Maintain consistency in company branding, fonts, colors, logos, and design guidelines. - Follow current real estate and social media trends to create engaging and high-performing content. - Handle multiple creative requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.



- Make necessary changes and revisions based on management and marketing team feedback. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent software. - Good understanding of graphic design, video editing, typography, color grading, transitions, and motion graphics. - Knowledge of creating Instagram Reels and short-form real estate content. - Ability to create professional property presentations and marketing creatives. - Strong creative thinking and attention to detail. - Valuable communication and time-management skills. Preferred Skills - Previous experience in real estate marketing will be highly preferred. - Basic knowledge of photography and videography. - Experience shooting content at real estate project sites. - Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing. - Candidates with a strong portfolio of real estate/design/video work will be preferred. Key Performance Areas - Quality and creativity of designs and videos. - Timely delivery of marketing creatives. - Engagement and quality of social media content. - Ability to effectively showcase real estate projects visually. - Coordination with Sales and Marketing teams.
